Bumped whenever a change to the fingerprinting scheme itself must force a one-time global invalidation of every persisted cache entry, independent of any single project’s own inputs changing.
Currently 2: bumped when collector_code_id was added to xml_fingerprint (see compute_collector_code_id), so every previously-cached entry computed without that component is treated as stale exactly once.
