Collects member display strings segregated into class-level, instance-level, and miscellaneous groups.
constants (static members) become class variables, fields
(instance members) become instance variables, and type_aliases plus
enum values fall into other_fields. Each entry preserves its
accessor_mode suffix, matching :func:collect_member_declarations.
Shared by every Hugo-family renderer so the
class/instance split stays identical across both.
Returns:
A SegregatedMembers tuple of class/instance/other display strings.
